The cold store were looking for a Warehouse Management System for their VAL production and warehouse processes, with the aim of working in a structured manner right from the outset. As one of the latest additions to the LIPA family, Frozen Fresh Petfood specialise in the production of fresh and frozen mixes for the pet food industry. As well as storing their own production stock including VAL production, the cold store in Olen also provides storage services for third parties. It was important not only that the existing cold store processes were supported, the system also had to be able to deal with future needs and increasingly complex flows.
